         Q. I live in Wisconsin. My family was duped into buying a toxic mold house that was completely covered up. We went through a lawsuit where our lawyer and our witness backed out on us. We haven't been able to live in the house we bought for 3 years now. We just burnt all our belongings and are going to try and gut the place by our selves. We did have people come in  for a quote and they both said $70,000 to gut and clean it. We cannot afford that while paying for another place to live and the mortgage on this place. What I would like to know is what can we use to kill this? we have the 4 toxic molds plus 15 other things growing in there. I once used straight bleach on the basement walls and let the dry and painted kilz over it well it grew right threw. its threw out the whole house and was growing on our furniture. We cannot afford to lose anymore money on the get rich schemes out there for some people selling things. This mold has affected all our health my husband had liver failure, my older son bleeds out of his rectum and the doctors cannot figure out why.Ii have fibromolgia and the younger 2 kids are always sick. A. Sorry you are having to live such a terrible, real mold nightmare. One avenue you should be pursuing [don't take no for an answer] is to get a mortgage moratorium from your lender [no more mortgage payments until you have had sufficient time to do complete mold remediation].
